Reliable display, audio, camera and control systems with support coverage planned from day one.The boardroom is where corporate AV is most visible and where a failure is least forgiven. OfficeBasics designs boardrooms with sight lines, audio paths, camera framing, control fallback and AMC coverage mapped from day one.
Board meetings, hybrid investor calls and executive reviews all place a high demand on the room. OfficeBasics designs against the failures that become visible in those moments - not just against a list of products.
The right boardroom balances visibility, intelligibility, hybrid participation and simple control without asking senior users to manage the system.
Displays are sized for the longest viewing distance, room light and the way presentation content is actually used.
Microphones, DSP and speakers are tuned for the room's real acoustics, not factory defaults.
Camera coverage is planned for the table, speakers and hybrid meeting workflow.
Meeting start, presentation and recovery paths are designed for the executive in the room.
Boardroom scope changes with seating, meeting type, hybrid participation and the support standard expected after handover.

Dual display or high-impact single display, clear conferencing, intuitive control and executive-ready support.

Enhanced audio, camera coverage, presentation routing and room scenes for regular hybrid sessions.

Multi-camera coverage, advanced control, redundancy planning and critical-tier AMC support.
OfficeBasics can design huddle rooms around Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or Webex Rooms, with clear BYOM workflows where guests or mixed-platform teams need a practical fallback.
Discuss platform fitJoin scheduled calls from a clear, one-touch room workflow.
Handle content, far-end video and local sources without visual compromise.
Support the speaker, the table and the wider room without distracting automation.
Keep essential meeting and presentation actions available when a primary interface is unavailable.
Asset records, spares profiles, SLA tiers and preventive maintenance are set against the boardroom's actual criticality before handover.
Every room is handed over with its device, firmware and configuration record.
A common design language makes multi-floor or multi-site boardrooms easier to support.
Health checks are planned around actual use, software updates and meeting-calendar patterns.
Support is managed from regional teams across India and Singapore, under the agreed SLA.

Board meetings are where corporate AV is most visible and failure is least forgiven. The audience is the most senior leadership and, often, external stakeholders. When AV fails, it doesn't enter a quiet incident report — it becomes a 45-second story at the next leadership review. OfficeBasics designs boardrooms with the failure points already mapped: sight lines, audio paths, camera framing, control fallback and AMC coverage from day one.
Panel size is matched to the room's longest viewing distance, not a spec sheet. We use commercial-grade Samsung or LG panels with appropriate duty cycles and anti-glare finishes — or LED video walls where ambient light is heavy. Dual-display configurations are used where content and far-end video shouldn't compete for the same screen.
Shure or Sennheiser ceiling-mic arrays are calibrated to the room's acoustic profile at commissioning, not left at factory defaults. DSP tuning is done with measured RT60 and noise-floor readings. Speaker zoning is matched to seating layout, not room symmetry — to prevent the common failure modes of HVAC noise pickup, reverb and remote participants being unable to hear clearly.
Multi-camera setups with director-aware switching — typically Logitech or Yealink VC bars paired with a PTZ unit for wide-room coverage. Tracking regions are calibrated to actual seating positions, with manual override exposed at the touch panel, to avoid the common failures of fixed cameras showing the back of a speaker's head or tracking locking on a door slam.
A Crestron control stack with single-touch meeting-start, programmed scenes per meeting type, and a hardware fallback panel that works even if the touch interface fails. Lighting, shades and HVAC are tied to room state. The system is designed to be operated by the executive in the room — not by IT being called in.
Native certification for the primary platform — Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms or Webex Rooms — with BYOM (bring your own meeting) configured as fallback, so the room works regardless of which platform the host booked on. Calendar integration is tied to the room, and HDMI ingress is available for any-device presentation.
Yes. The design phase anticipates the support model — asset inventory is captured at commissioning, a spares profile is defined per room, and SLA tiers are set against the room's actual use pattern. A daily-use boardroom carries different response targets from a weekly-use one. Boardrooms typically sit under an Annual Maintenance Contract with critical-tier SLAs and preventive maintenance scheduled between board cycles.
