Build the systems that corporate India runs on.
Join the team designing, installing and supporting corporate AV for leading workplaces across India, with ownership from site survey through long-term maintenance.OfficeBasics designs, installs and maintains corporate AV for the organisations that run India's boardrooms, trading floors, pharma campuses and technology headquarters. The work is technical, repeatable and consequential - and the team that does it stays the same at every stage, from the first site survey to the AMC renewal three years later.
Who we are to work for.
The WiseTree Network Private Limited has operated as a dedicated corporate AV integrator for 15 years. The work is narrow by design - corporate offices only, the full lifecycle only, no subcontracting the parts that matter. The engineering team is accountable for what it specifies, what it installs and what it maintains long after the project closes. The company operates from regional bases across Pan-India and Singapore, to the same standards at each.
02
Full lifecycle only
The team that scopes the room stays accountable through commissioning, service and renewal.
03
No subcontracting core work
Installation, programming, commissioning and AMC are carried by OfficeBasics teams.
How the work is structured.
OfficeBasics carries its disciplines internally rather than handing them to contractors. Most of the team sits inside one of them:
Design + consultancy
Site surveys, room schematics, signal-flow drawings and capex estimates.
Build + integration
Rack assembly, cabling, programming, commissioning and UAT sign-off.
Technical service + AMC
Preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics and SLA-bound response.
On-site support
Dedicated or event-based engineers placed at customer sites.
User support + training
Handover sessions, refresher training and super-user enablement.
Sales + project management
Client relationships, scoping and delivery coordination.
Real rooms. Specific problems. Visible work.
The team is small enough that the connection between engineering decisions and room performance stays visible.
The work is concrete.
A boardroom audio calibration means measured readings and DSP tuning against the room's actual acoustic profile, not factory defaults. A control system is programmed for the executive who needs one tap to start a meeting. An NOC display wall is commissioned around uptime, not aesthetics alone.
Engineers see the direct line between their commissioning work and whether the room holds up under the next board meeting, town hall or live incident.
