OfficeBasics is bringing managed event support closer to its workplace AV delivery and service capabilities. The aim is to give clients one clearer path from room readiness and event planning through to rehearsal, live support and post-event follow-up.

How support is being aligned

Event requirements can now be considered alongside the room, platform and support model already in place. This creates better continuity between the systems used every day and the additional planning needed for town halls, leadership sessions and important internal broadcasts.

What teams can expect

The combined approach covers technical planning, room and signal checks, presenter support, rehearsal coordination and on-site operation. Responsibilities are defined early so workplace, communications and technical teams know how the event will be supported.
